The result of a personal five-year project, this book records those of Market Harborough, Great Bowden and Little Bowden who took part in the 1st World War (as listed on the Cottage Hospital Memorial, Coventry Road),
together with men stationed in the town during the war.
Unfortunately the information is currently incomplete due to many reasons, including the fire that took place in London during the 2nd World War which
destroyed many service records. The book also includes the names of the women, who from 1917 helped at the Military Hospital based at Park House.
